USA MedWorks extracts data on behalf of registered healthcare providers, aligning well with the highlighted terms in our contractual agreement with suc providers. If required to be applied these agreements smay state Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) which are required by Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Kindly also note that the healthcare providers may have their own structured policies and procedures related to collecting, using and disclosing of your personal data they may attain. Saying so, USA MedWorks should not be held responsible about how your provider manages your data while we advise you to review their policies before signing up.
